Kaneko Seimen is a Japanese noodle manufacturer based in Nakai, Kanagawa Prefecture.
Founded in 1877 as a watermill-powered flour mill, we have spent over 140 years refining our craft through experience, innovation, and pride in Japanese food culture.

We remain a family-run business committed to delivering noodles that are honest, high in quality, and grounded in tradition.
Each batch reflects generations of knowledge passed down, guided by a deep respect for nature, ingredients, and people.

We produce our noodles entirely in-house—from flour milling to final packaging—to maintain consistent taste, texture, and hygiene.
Our factory mills Japanese-grown whole wheat each morning using low-stress methods that preserve the wheat’s natural flavor and nutrition.

Our production is certified under HACCP food safety standards, with thorough documentation, hygiene protocols, and traceability across every step.
We do not use unnecessary additives or preservatives. Instead, we rely on clean ingredients and time-tested techniques to deliver safe, reliable food.
